  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of custom jewelry, all sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
