Reve Jewels – Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Reve Jewels. Because our pieces are custom‑made to order, we have a strict refund and exchange policy to ensure fairness to all customers and maintain our high craftsmanship standards.


1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once your order has been placed. This includes custom picture pendants, name jewelry, and any engraved items.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.


3. Order Cancellations

Because we begin production quickly, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order will have entered production and cannot be canceled or refunded.


4. Incorrect Personalization

We are not responsible for errors in personalization (such as spelling mistakes or incorrect photos) if they were provided by the customer during the ordering process. Please double‑check your customization details before submitting your order.


5. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom jewelry (including all photo and name pieces)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously.

  • Filing a false chargeback is considered theft and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

  • If you initiate a chargeback after receiving your product, we will provide proof of your order, customization details, shipping confirmation, and delivery receipt to the payment processor.

  • Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks will be banned from making future purchases and may be pursued for the cost of the item, shipping fees, and legal expenses.
